Common questions
When do my credits arrive after paying?
The payment provider calls our server and the credits are added automatically, usually within seconds. Closing the page won't lose them — come back later and they'll be there.
Why do I need an account to buy?
Credits live on your account, so they survive switching devices or browsers. Your anonymous checklist identity is kept in this browser, so clearing cookies makes unlinked lists unrecoverable; anonymous credits use a browser-characteristics digest, so clearing cookies does not grant another free generation.
What counts as a share slot?
It's how many share links you can keep at the same time. Re-sharing the same checklist updates the existing link, so it doesn't use another slot. Cancelling a share or deleting a checklist frees one immediately.
Is Pro a one-time purchase? Will I be charged again?
It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there's no auto-renewal. Buying again only adds 200 more generation credits; the 30 share slots you've already unlocked don't stack.
What happens when Pro's credits run out?
Pro adds 200 generation credits on top of your free ones, counted together. When they run out you can still top up with the daily check-in, and the core features — editing, ticking off, saving, templates and sharing — stay available.
